An ineffective oral cholera vaccine launched in India concealing vital information

Shantha Biotechnics, a Hyderabad-based French-Indian vaccine company, has recently launched an oral cholera vaccine with the trade name Shanchol. They are currently lobbying inside the World Health Organization (WHO) and UNICEF to promote the vaccine for global use against cholera.
